Hi PJ.  It was great to meet you yesterday.  Below are the costs to takeover the 2 security systems for the main house and pole barn (see attachment about what the system looks like) and the security camera system.  Please let me know if you would like to proceed and if you have any questions.

 

Main house security system:

$ 469.00 = Replace control panel and reuse existing devices

$-234.50 = 50% discount

$ 234.50 = Total installation (plus tax)

$54.99/month = Monthly monitoring (3 year agreement) with full extended warranty

*Add $10.00/month if you want to be able to view office motion detector camera on the app

 

Pole barn security system:

$ 469.00 = Replace control panel and reuse existing devices

$-234.50 = 50% discount

$ 234.50 = Total installation (plus tax)

$54.99/month = Monthly monitoring (3 year agreement) with full extended warranty

 

Security camera system:

$ 1,700.00 = (1) 16 channel DVR with 4 TB of storage

$ 5,600.00 = (16) 2.0 MP analog turret cameras - replace (12) existing and add (4) new

$    720.00 = (16) mounting brackets - if we don't use all of the brackets, the cost of each will be refunded

$ 8,020.00 = Subtotal installation

$-1,200.00 = Discount

$ 6,820.00 = Total installation (plus tax)

$68.00/month = Full extended warranty & remote access (3 year agreement) - includes a $12.00/month discount

*Add $400.00 & $4.00/month for 8 TB of storage

*Add $300.00 & $3.00/month for each camera that would require lens adjustability from 2.8MM to 12MM
